Laminar Flow Inc.’s construction utilizes 16 & 14 ga. 316L or 304 stainless steel with #4 finish; welded construction panelized with all interior welds ground smooth and polished; work surface is 14 ga. or 316L or 304 stainless steel with #4 finish and has a rolled front edge. Adjustable sanitary leg levelers or casters. 1/4” thick clear Plexiglass panels or stainless steel solid panels.
HEPA gel seal filters are rated at 0.3 microns, 99.99% efficient or ULPA filters rated at 0.12 microns, 99.9995% efficient. Prefilters are housed in a PVC frame with disposable prefilter pad. Integral lighting with smart ballast. Variable Speed Controls. A mini- photohelic gauge monitors the system static pressure. 120V/1/60Hz electrical system, amps dependent on workstation size requirements. Blowers and lights separately switched.

Series 3000W Ducted & Powered Wall Units
Providing the same modular coverage as our Laminar Flow Ceiling Units the LFI Series 3000W is designed to be installed in areas where a Classification of at least ISO 5 must be achieved. A completely self-contained system constructed of 304 or 316L 14 and 16 GA stainless steel with a 35 Ra finish. Each system incorporates “panelized construction” with internal welds only. The filter knife-edge is formed and continuously welded into the main unit that penetrates a perimeter downstream gel tough contained on the filter. Final filters gel seal HEPA rated to 99.99% to 0.3 microns, or ULPA rated 99.9995% to 0.12 microns. Direct drive Inverter Duty Motors. Variable Speed Controls. Photohelic gauge, pressure monitoring system to indicate Hi/Low condition, optional auto speed compensation for filter load. All electrical components shall be UL approved or listed. All internal wiring is complete and ready for customer connection via a terminal strip located in the blower plenum. Connections for BAS standard.

LFI Pharma-Flow
Designed for Pharmacy use this system provides an ISO 5, USP 797 area for protection, available in both negative and positive pressure applications. Robust 316L stainless steel construction lends itself to both alkaline and solvent resistant practices. Features include 99.99% gel seal to 0.3 micron filtration, removable canopy. Available in 2’ x 2’ or 2’ x 4’ configurations. Options include front curtains and IV bar.
